How long does the program take?
The self-paced program is designed to take 6 weeks to work through. You will get 6 months access to the programme as you may want to work through it 2-3 times to get a deeper understanding.

I have prolapse too, will this still help me?
Yes. The pelvic floor and surrounding muscles need to work together to support your pelvic organs and these programmes will help you with that.

I've had leaking for years, will this still help me, or is it too late?
No, it is never too late. The body is adaptable and when you dedicate the time to working on something it will improve.

I've done Pelvic Floor physio already, will this still benefit me?
Yes, this could be another way of looking at the pelvic floor or might help you with your consistency which will result in changes.
