Get started with a LIVE online workshop
Workshop Saturday May26th at 10am.
In this 1.5 hour workshop Fiona will de-mystify the pelvic floor and you will get to know your pelvis and get a sense of your pelvic floor muscles.
Learn about connections to the pelvic floor.
Gain practical and simple tips and exercises to improve your pelvic health.
6 weeks of LIVE pelvic floor classes
LIVE Weekly classes will run at Friday 10am for 6 weeks.
Recordings will be available for the duration of the 6-week course so you can re-watch anytime.
This course will give us time to work on every aspect of the pelvic floor and surrounding muscles.
Time after class to ask questions.
